How the team builder works

The 82-0 team builder makes you earn your roster: a spin lands on a random franchise and era (the 80s Celtics, the 2010s Warriors, the 60s Sixers), and you draft one real player from that squad into your starting five. Every era counts

Player ratings are era-normalized: Bill Russell is measured against 1960s elites, Jokić against today's. A 60s legend helps your team exactly as much as a modern superstar — so real basketball history knowledge wins, not just recency bias.
